Ultima is the infrastructure token of the Ultima ecosystem, a payments-focused project descended from PLC Ultima, the venture founded by entrepreneur Alex Reinhardt, running on a delegated proof of stake chain and pitched at crypto cards, point of sale terminals and everyday transactions. It is also one of the more unusual tickers on our board for a simple reason: the unit price runs to four figures.
