Write to UsBilling, Subscriptions and Refunds
You can view, change or cancel your plan any time from your account's plan page, which includes the secure Stripe billing portal for invoices and payment methods.
Your first CFGI Advanced subscription is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if CFGI does not give you a clearer read on your portfolio, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it. The full policy is in our Terms of Service. For any billing question, email us from your account email and include the approximate payment date.
Account Access
Locked out? Use the password reset on the sign-in page first. If you no longer control the email on your account, contact support and we will verify ownership before making any change. We will never ask for your password, API keys, private keys or seed phrases.
Developers and API
Docs, endpoints and examples live on the developer page. Your API key, credit balance and usage are in your account's API tab. Developer subscribers also get a private support line, linked from that tab.
Security Disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject and we will prioritise it. Please report privately and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before any public disclosure.
