What Is Unibase?

Greed, freshly minted.

Unibase is one of the newer entries in crypto's AI infrastructure wave: a decentralised memory layer that gives AI agents long-term, verifiable storage and a shared protocol for talking to one another, with UB as the currency that settles it. The pitch is that agents without memory are goldfish, and somebody has to sell the aquarium. In its first 19 days on the CFGI Unibase fear and greed index, the crowd has bought the story with both hands.

The CFGI read: Unibase's debut has been emphatic. Since 8 July 2026 the price has risen 96.4%, from $0.0769 to $0.1512, closing the window at its high, and sentiment has spent 9 of 19 days in Greed, entering the current reading of 60 out of 100 on a seven day run of Greed or better that began on 20 July. The average of 53 means this crowd has, so far, spent its short life leaning warm.

Unibase Fear and Greed Index History

Q3 2026 breakdown. The table below updates daily.

It did not start that way. The first four days, 8 to 11 July 2026, were all Fear or worse, the score bottoming at 34 out of 100 on 9 July, a day when 71 of the 193 assets we scored sat in Fear or worse, and the price touching its low of $0.0706 on 11 July. The turn came with a 12 point jump on 15 July, from 44 to 56, and the mood has not looked back since.

The peak score of 75, Greed, arrived on 23 July 2026 with the price at $0.1301, followed by the only real wobble, an 11 point dip on 24 July that failed to break the run of Greed or better still standing at the close. Nineteen days is a sample, not a verdict: the Fear and Greed Index will show soon enough whether this is conviction or honeymoon. For now, the newcomer closes in Greed, at its price high, wanting more.

UB Fear and Greed Index FAQ

What is the UB Fear and Greed Index today?

The UB Fear and Greed Index today is 68/100 on the daily view, showing Greed. It summarizes live UB market sentiment on a 0 to 100 scale.

How is the UB Fear and Greed Index calculated?

CFGI combines price action, impulse, volatility, volume, technicals, social sentiment, dominance, search interest, whale activity and order book pressure into one UB fear and greed reading.

What is a good UB Fear and Greed Index reading?

There is no single good reading, because the index measures mood rather than value. Extreme Fear below 25 marks the points where sentiment is most washed out, and Extreme Greed above 75 the points carrying the most risk, so what counts as good depends on whether you are buying or selling.

How accurate is the UB Fear and Greed Index?

It reads sentiment accurately and predicts price poorly, and those are two different things. The score reflects what the UB market feels right now across ten live inputs, so treat it as a risk gauge rather than a forecast: it tells you how one-sided the crowd has become, not what happens next.

What does the UB Fear and Greed Index measure?

It measures the emotional state of the UB market on a 0 to 100 scale, from extreme fear at 0 to extreme greed at 100. CFGI builds that number from ten indicators including price action, volatility, volume, momentum, technicals and social sentiment, rather than from price alone.

How do I use the UB Fear and Greed Index?

Most people use it to size risk rather than to time entries. The extreme readings are the useful ones: they flag when the crowd has become one-sided, which is when caution costs least and greed costs most. Read it alongside price and volume, never on its own.

How often is the UB Fear and Greed Index updated?

The UB Fear and Greed Index is updated every 15 minutes, so the live reading can change as UB market conditions shift.

What does a low UB Fear and Greed score mean?

A low score (0 to 39) signals fear or extreme fear, where traders are cautious, risk-averse or pessimistic about the UB market.

What does a high UB Fear and Greed score mean?

A high score (60 to 100) signals greed or extreme greed, where confidence, risk appetite and bullish sentiment dominate the UB market.

Can I get alerts when the UB Fear and Greed Index changes?
