What Is Conflux?
China's careful optimist.
Conflux is the public blockchain that grew out of elite Chinese computer science research, using a Tree-Graph consensus to process transactions in parallel, and it occupies a position no other chain can claim: it operates with regulatory blessing inside China. That unusual standing gives its token, CFX, a crowd that trades on policy headlines and cross-border ambitions as much as on charts. The CFGI Conflux fear and greed index has been reading that crowd since 8 July 2026.
The CFGI read: Conflux started nervous and got over it. Its lowest score, 36 out of 100, came on its first day, 8 July 2026, when 94 of the 193 coins we then scored were in Fear or worse. Ten days later it printed its high of 60, a Greed reading, on 18 July, and it is one of the few coins in this cohort whose price rose over the window at all, up 4.9%.
Conflux Fear and Greed Index History
Q3 2026 breakdown. The table below updates daily.
In its first 19 days on the index, Conflux has spent 15 days in Neutral, 2 in Fear and 2 in Greed, averaging 48 out of 100. That two-day Greed run on 17 and 18 July gave it a full three-zone spread inside a fortnight. The score has swung hard within the band: a 14 point drop from 55 to 41 on 20 July, then a 15 point jump from 42 to 57 on 22 July, the same day the price hit its high of $0.05.
The price story backs the mood. From $0.04 on its first day, which remains the low, CFX ended the window up 4.9%, and sentiment closed at 41 on 26 July, still Neutral. A young record, but an unusually two-sided one: this crowd has already shown it can reach for Greed as readily as it huddles with the rest of the full Fear and Greed Index when the market turns.

CFX Fear and Greed Index FAQ
What is the CFX Fear and Greed Index today?
The CFX Fear and Greed Index today is 53/100 on the daily view, showing Neutral. It summarizes live CFX market sentiment on a 0 to 100 scale.
How is the CFX Fear and Greed Index calculated?
CFGI combines price action, impulse, volatility, volume, technicals, social sentiment, dominance, search interest, whale activity and order book pressure into one CFX fear and greed reading.
What is a good CFX Fear and Greed Index reading?
There is no single good reading, because the index measures mood rather than value. Extreme Fear below 25 marks the points where sentiment is most washed out, and Extreme Greed above 75 the points carrying the most risk, so what counts as good depends on whether you are buying or selling.
How accurate is the CFX Fear and Greed Index?
It reads sentiment accurately and predicts price poorly, and those are two different things. The score reflects what the CFX market feels right now across ten live inputs, so treat it as a risk gauge rather than a forecast: it tells you how one-sided the crowd has become, not what happens next.
What does the CFX Fear and Greed Index measure?
It measures the emotional state of the CFX market on a 0 to 100 scale, from extreme fear at 0 to extreme greed at 100. CFGI builds that number from ten indicators including price action, volatility, volume, momentum, technicals and social sentiment, rather than from price alone.
How do I use the CFX Fear and Greed Index?
Most people use it to size risk rather than to time entries. The extreme readings are the useful ones: they flag when the crowd has become one-sided, which is when caution costs least and greed costs most. Read it alongside price and volume, never on its own.
How often is the CFX Fear and Greed Index updated?
The CFX Fear and Greed Index is updated every 15 minutes, so the live reading can change as CFX market conditions shift.
What does a low CFX Fear and Greed score mean?
A low score (0 to 39) signals fear or extreme fear, where traders are cautious, risk-averse or pessimistic about the CFX market.
What does a high CFX Fear and Greed score mean?
A high score (60 to 100) signals greed or extreme greed, where confidence, risk appetite and bullish sentiment dominate the CFX market.
