Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your control panel on CFGI.io. However, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be provided, and you will retain full access to the services until the end of said period.
Pricing and Currency
Although the prices for our plans are indicated in US dollars (USD), all transactions and billings will be processed in euros (EUR). The exchange rate will be based on the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction per the selected payment method.
