Coinbase Global is one of the largest crypto exchanges in the United States, founded in 2012 by Brian Armstrong, and since joining the S&P 500 it has been the address where traditional equity money goes to hold a crypto opinion. That makes its listing a peculiar instrument: a stock whose crowd imports the token market's emotions wholesale.
